Role Overview

As a System and Application Services Associate, you will join a dynamic team that improves client operations through various services. You will support solutions from analysis to implementation, working in challenging environments to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Infra Managed Services

• Manage and operate infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
• Govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Application/Cloud Support

• Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud systems.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues using technical knowledge.

Project Control Services

• Enable program management and enhance Technology Delivery quality.
• Track and manage project management activities.
• Monitor and report on the execution of deliverables.
• Align priorities and direction with multiple stakeholders.

Low/No Code App Development

• Develop applications using a low-code platform.
• Configure systems based on client requirements.
• Optimize and automate internal business processes.

Quality Engineering

• Create test designs, processes, cases, and data.
• Apply business and functional knowledge to meet testing objectives.
• Design usability testing scenarios.
• Prepare and analyze software testing reports.

Requirements

• Non-engineering graduates/post-graduates such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com (except B.E/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, or MSc CS/IT).
• Graduated in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• No active backlogs during application/onboarding.
• Completed degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years).
• Not appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview in the last three months.
• Less than 11 months of experience.
• Eligible to work in India by citizenship or with relevant work permits.
• Willingness to work in different time zones/shifts.
• Flexibility to work in any Business Unit/Service line and relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Assessment Process

1. Mock Assessment: A 10-minute mandatory practice assessment.
2. Cognitive Assessment: A 50-minute test with 50 questions on English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.
3. Cognitive & Technical Assessment: A 90-minute test with 90 questions on cognitive skills and 40 questions on technical skills.
4. Communication Assessment: A 30-minute test on sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
