Key Responsibilities:

Manage and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create Reels & YouTube Shorts content aligned with CEO and brand initiatives.
Conceptualize and execute content based on current trends.
Handle social media responses and engagement.
Collaborate with Graphic Designers for visually appealing posts.
Develop and execute creative social media calendars.
Craft compelling post write-ups and utilize relevant hashtags.
Ensure timely execution of planned posts and campaigns.
Plan and execute on-ground shoots, including iPhone recordings.
Manage podcast planning and execution.
Engage in PR activities with publications, influencers, and online media.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Diploma in Social Media Management/Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Social Media Agency, Influencer Manager, or Content Creation role.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing apps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging reels and edit images/videos using internet tools.
Familiarity with analytics tools for social media performance tracking.
