Job Overview

Right Balance is looking for a UI Designer to join their team remotely. This role focuses on designing high-quality, visually appealing landing pages that improve user experience and drive conversions. You will work closely with the SEO team and Operations Manager to ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a UI Designer, your main tasks will include:

1. Designing Responsive Landing Pages: Create high-quality landing pages that effectively showcase products and services, enhancing user engagement.
2. Developing Design Concepts: Use wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
3. Applying Design Best Practices: Utilize design principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
4. Optimizing Designs Based on Data: Continuously refine landing page designs using performance data and user feedback.
5. Staying Updated on Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative designs.
6. Maintaining Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English.
• Experience in graphic design, particularly in web and landing page UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous work on landing pages.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for high-quality designs.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
