About the Role
Planet Spark is looking for enthusiastic English teachers to teach students from the US and Canada. This remote position requires working during the early morning hours (4 am to 8 am IST) to match the students’ time zones. Teachers will be responsible for conducting demo classes and regular sessions using Planet Spark’s curriculum.
Key Details
- Shift Timing: 4 am to 8 am IST (catering to US/Canada students)
- Payout: 40% higher than the Indian shift, reflecting the additional effort required for the international shift.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, including weekends
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Requirements: A stable Wi-Fi connection and a laptop with a webcam
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging demo classes following the Planet Spark content and methodology
- Provide an exceptional experience for both students and parents during demo classes
- Teach regular classes after student enrollment, using the in-house curriculum
- Offer timely and constructive feedback to students
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to the schedule for both demo and regular classes
