About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage the Meesho Brand feature from start to finish. You will develop a long-term plan for the brand, set goals, and work with your team to achieve them. You’ll collaborate with different teams, such as Product, Tech, and Fulfillment, to help the Meesho Brand grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Goals: Set the yearly vision, plan, and goals for branded users in your category.
- Customer Experience: Manage the customer experience, growth, and profit for your category.
- Achieve Goals: Work with various teams to reach your goals.
- Brand Partnerships: Find and bring new brands onto the platform.
- Drive Growth: Lead initiatives to drive growth by identifying key opportunities.
- Report to Leaders: Present updates and solutions to senior leaders and carry out the plans.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA (Preferred) or B.Tech from top institutes.
- Experience: 1-3 years working with a brand or handling key accounts.
- Skills: Experience with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Startup experience is a plus.
- Career Progression: Proven track record of achieving results and quick career advancement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems using data.
- Customer Insight: Deep understanding of business and customer needs.
