Job Overview

Reliance Jio is looking for dynamic individuals to join as Customer Associates on a freelance basis. This role involves engaging with customers, explaining Jio’s services, assisting with recharges, and selling new connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquire new customers for Jio.
2. Call existing Jio customers to explain recharge plans and assist with recharges.
3. Sell new Jio connections to potential customers.
4. Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
5. Provide a positive customer experience.
6. Communicate with customers using an appropriate tone and language.
7. Record customer details and data relevant to each interaction.
8. Stay informed about Jio’s plans, products, and services to add value.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th grade pass (10+2 preferred).
