Position: Club Manager for the International Federation of Esports (IFES)

As a Club Manager, you will visit schools and colleges to establish Robo Clubs. Your main task is to meet with principals and educational leaders to convince them to integrate these clubs into their institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target schools and colleges interested in robotics and eSports.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with educational stakeholders to pitch Robo Clubs.
• Create persuasive presentations showcasing the benefits of Robo Clubs for STEM education.
• Work with IFES headquarters to tailor club offerings to local needs.
• Ensure compliance with regional and national education authorities.
• Monitor and evaluate club performance, collect feedback, and make necessary improvements.
• Organize promotional events and workshops to demonstrate the benefits of Robo Clubs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably an MBA/PGDM.
• Proven experience in educational sales or business development, ideally in the robotics or STEM sector.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must have a laptop and a bike.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
